Property investment from EUR 250,000 for three generations

Launched in 2013, the Greek property investment program allows applicants aged 14 or over to purchase property worth at least EUR 250,000. The main applicant, spouse, children under 21 at submission, and both spouses’ parents can obtain Greek permanent residency together.

Residents can access Greek public healthcare and education and travel across 29 Schengen countries and the Schengen candidate country Cyprus.
