Program overview (6–8 months)
Families of up to five may contribute USD 230,000 to the NDF. Families of six or more may contribute USD 260,000 under the UWI option. Alternatively, invest at least USD 300,000 in government-approved property and hold it for five years.
Eligibility

The main applicant must be at least 18 with no criminal record.

Meet the government’s investment requirements.

Dependent children under 30, parents and grandparents of either spouse over 55, and the main applicant’s siblings under 18 may be included.
