Eligibility

  • The main applicant must be at least 18.

  • No criminal record.

  • Contribution from EUR 600,000.

  • At citizenship stage, purchase property worth at least EUR 700,000 and hold for five years, or rent for five years at no less than EUR 16,000 annually.

  • A spouse, unmarried full-time students under 29, children with disabilities without an age limit, and parents or grandparents over 55 may be included.
