Program Overview
Applicants obtain a Hong Kong work visa with local employer sponsorship. The route is particularly suited to experienced shareholders and executives in logistics, trade, finance, internet services, engineering, construction and information technology.
Options

Hong Kong employer requirements:

1. Established for at least one year, genuinely operating and maintaining a physical Hong Kong office.

2. Established business connections with Hong Kong or genuine local operations.

3. At least three Hong Kong permanent resident employees enrolled in the Mandatory Provident Fund.

4. Reported annual turnover of at least HKD 3 million.
Eligibility

Experience as an executive, shareholder or technical professional, with a background relevant to the employer’s industry.

A bachelor’s degree or above; a diploma plus ten years of work experience may also be considered.
