In late March 2015, Vanuatu introduced a legislated citizenship program to support national reconstruction, offering a fast route to a Commonwealth passport.
Eligibility

The main applicant must be at least 18.

The main applicant must have no criminal record.

Family assets equivalent to USD 250,000, including deposits or property.

Children under 25 and parents over 50 may be included.
