Program overview (8–12 months)
Saint Lucia approved its Citizenship by Investment Act in 2015 and implemented the program in 2017. Contributions start at USD 240,000, with applications open to three generations of a family.

The main applicant must be at least 18 with no criminal record.

Meet the government’s investment requirements.

Dependent children under 30, parents of either spouse over 55, and the main applicant’s siblings under 18 may be included.
